"I've been at Kohler for over 5 years. I originally planned to move out of state after about 2 years but I've been given increasing responsibility in areas that I'm passionate about and work with great people. I see leadership working to improve the culture and benefits and these are all things that make me excited about staying longer. It's such a unique company and being family owned gives it a certain feel that not many companies likely have. "
