"The maternity leave is not at all workable if you've been with the company less than a year. It's a very unfortunate place to be when you have to come back only 6 weeks after a c-section. Why do we have to be here 1 year to get a benefit when I'm going to work for you for a very long time? I don't meant to be negative, because I very much appreciate what Kohler has done for me. Thank you Kohler Co!"

"It would depend on what part of the business she is going into. I would caution women thinking about becoming mothers based on my own experience. Though I have heard great stories from others."

"Kohler Co just added a parental leave policy which will give 2 additional weeks paid leave (on top of 6) for moms and 2 paid weeks of leave for dads. Really great work Kohler Co!"
