"The longer you remain at kohls the less likely you are to be promoted. They prefer kids right out of Penn State University "

"Kohl's is a great place to work and is really empowering for all employees, including women. There a lot of women in executive positions which sets the example for inclusion here. The policies all support empowering associated to find the work-life balance that works for them."

"As with most larger companies, we are a meeting heavy culture. Our leadership supports limiting meeting times and flexibility but getting the entire culture to support cutting down meetings (and face time) is a challenge."
