"The company is working very thoughtfully and purposely through how to make diversity and inclusion as much a part of our culture as ethics. For me, you can't call yourself ethical and not have the diversity and inclusion. It is a package deal.
There are pockets of the old white guys club that still exist, but the effort to neutralize and remove that culture is strong. You will be treated fairly and may have to defend yourself from time to time, and if you perform you will be acknowledged and rewarded!"

"People talk about family life a lot - it is not a taboo topic. I don't feel awkward when I have to bring up a priority that surrounds my family - it is appreciated and respected. "

"Corporate structure supports women overall, but the culture in different divisions varies dramatically. Try to get involved in organizations outside your team for widespread connections, especially if are stuck or frustrated where you are. There are a lot of opportunities and overall it's a great company."
