"Lumen celebrates diversity and helps to promote women. We do have employee resource groups (ERG) for diversity and inclusion. It’s not like the old days when it was strictly a boys club. We have women in top leadership in various areas of the company. The culture is positive and has changed dramatically over the past few years. It’s a great place to work. "
