Lumen offers flexible time off to eligible employees. The employee and the manager will mutually agree when time can be taken off, based on both your needs and the needs of the business. Maternity & Parental Leave provides a paid, approved absence for an expectant mother or new birth mother, non-birth mother, and father for the birth & care of a newborn child.

Paternal Leave will be paid 100% of base salary (4weeks) and for biological mothers there is a 12 paid weeks coverage (combination of STD, Maternity and Paternal Leave).
