"Lumen understands the demands of a working mom and allows you the opportunity to get your work done while also being able to fulfill the responsibility of raising children and having a family. As long as the work gets done, you can do it when it works for you. "

"Lumen absolutely supports women! Company culture and benefits have shifted over the years, and especially through COVID, providing more workplace flexibility and trust in it's employees. Milk stork program, flexible time off, and wonderful leadership makes it a great place to work while also having a home/family life. "

"As a working mother (including a new puppy), wife, business leader I love that the Company supports my many hats by allowing me flexible time off. That means when I need to attend a soccer game, drop puppy off at vet or just live life - I am encouraged to live life and still able to make amazing happen at work! "

"While things do vary by organization the company has several women in leadership positions and seems to be committed to adding more diversity at all levels. In my last position my Director, VP and P were all women."
