"The company is working to increase diversity and inclusion, but currently many technical parts of the company have significant gender bias and discrimination. Be prepared to accept the glass ceiling or else find the areas where women are allowed to break through it."

"Run away. Think of it like an internship and collect the experience you need but don't expect a rewarding future. Alot of contractors do work from home full time which is great for Moms but you are siloed and paid poorly for the pleasure."
