"This is the first company I have worked for where I have seen actual visible proof of female leadership and development opportunities. In fact, most of my superiors, managers and directors are women. I feel proud to work for a company that empowers women , encourages them to develop and shares resources for how to do so."

"I started last November and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. I can see my growth path here, I feel supported by leadership. The flexible time off is an amazing benefit that helps me easily balance my chaotic life with productive work. I am so glad I made the jump from my last company to Lumen. "
