"Get connected and don't sit in a silo - the best way to get involved and meet more people (whether physically or virtually) is to make yourself visible - Join our Employee Resource Groups, Become a Mental Health Ally or if you can find time volunteer to help on a project your passionate about or stand up for ERG elections. Find the wider communities/teams and connect with your tribe."

"Lumen is a very employee centric company and it permeates everything they do. Diversity is a top priority and not just as words on a website but throughout the entire recruitment and interview process as well as internal opportunities for existing employees. Work/life balance is excellent with tons of remote work from home options. The benefits package is awesome, there is even insurance available for your pets! I feel valued and out of all the companies I've worked for, Lumen is my favorite."
