"I feel heard, respected and valued in my role. While I do work with a lot of men (many historically male occupations and a historically male industry) I am treated fairly, equitably, and as part of the team. I am rewarded for my work and accomplishments. I'm held to a very high standard and likewise, I have high standards for myself and others. I love my job, the people that I work with, and I love all the innovative things Lumen has done to make it a great place to work. My true favorite is our Survivor Benefit, but I also especially love our "focUS on YOU" program --- "what's the one thing we can do to help you feel more engaged?" The individualized, personalized approach is awesome! "

"Lumen offers 4 weeks of paid parental leave. For birthing mothers, there is an additional 6 weeks of short-term disability. I love seeing new Dads taking off (PAID! for 4 weeks) to help care for their recovering wives and to bond with their new baby. I wish my husband and I had worked for a company with these kinds of benefits when I had my babies! "
