"The benefits at Lumen are fantastic for all employees but especially working moms. Benefits include fantastic programs like MilkStork, 12 weeks paid leave and at the Broomfield office there is a lactation room available. The lactation room has multiple tables with outlets, a sink, a fridge and many supplies in case you forget something one day. It makes the working mom balance a little easier. "

"They do not give across the board merit raises, it's up to your management. I know of someone who is told they are doing a great job and receives more work on a regular basis yet hasn't had a merit raise in several years. Make sure you have management that will have your back. "
