"A well run company that is making the right moves towards diversity and inclusion. There is a decent level of female representation in management, including upper management. Lumen responded well to the pandemic in terms of employee support and offers excellent work-life balance. I could happily work here for the next 20 years. "

"I started my career with Lumen and it has truly made me grow in all aspects. The culture is helpful and collaborative, I have never felt at any time that there is any difference of treatment for anyone.

"You will have plenty of opportunity for training and can expanding your expertise. However if you want to grow in terms of pay or title, you will need to move around to move up, even if you aspire only to be the highest level individual contributor. If you are an individual that wants deep roots in a particular area you will find that your title and pay will stagnate if you stay in one place long."

"One of the main reasons I LOVE working at Lumen is that I truly believe my Leaders have my best interest at heart. They have created an environment that I have found rare since working in the corporate world, a workplace and work that that I find fulfilling. My leaders give clear directions and always provide feedback on ways I can be more successful and improve. They are nurturing and caring. "
