They do not provide any maternity leave pay, and the process is horrible. There is no one you can ask or talk to at the store - you are forced to call an outside company that doesn’t know anything about Lunds and Byerlys, therefore is unaware of THEIR policies. Basically you never get all of the information you need. I’ve had to ask multiple bosses multiple times for the same question(s) because they “forget” or “don’t know the answer.” In other words, they don’t care about answering the questions or providing needed information to their employees. We’re just not that valued to them.

Their attendance policy is so horrific, even if you have an illness and went to the hospital and come back with a doctors note signed, they count those days against you, which rack up to only 10 before you are fired. 1 for every day!
