  • "They do not provide any maternity leave pay, and the process is horrible. There is no one you can ask or talk to at the store - you are forced to call an outside company that doesn’t know anything about Lunds and Byerlys, therefore is unaware of THEIR policies. Basically you never get all of the information you need. I’ve had to ask multiple bosses multiple times for the same question(s) because they “forget” or “don’t know the answer.” In other words, they don’t care about answering the questions or providing needed information to their employees.
