"I am still on the fence with how I feel.. The benefits are grand and the people are great but their is a cloud that hoovers over being a women in this organization. "

"You will work your tail off doing challenging work with super smart coworkers. You'll be in an environment that gives you the flexibility to work remotely so you can stay home with a sick child if needed which is important for working moms. "

"It's a very cool company with a lot of really talented people. You'll learn a lot, in a very short period. My team is extremely diverse with women in leadership positions but not once you reach Senior Leadership. I would definitely recommend this for a woman at the beginning of their career, you will be promoted to Senior Manager, Director but you'll find at VP and above, there are few women."
