"Magic Leap's heart is in the right place and I do think that leadership cares deeply about issues around equality and inclusivity. Since we are moving at such a rapid speed, it is harder to really push the whole organization to be on the same page. Team managers need some more training because it does seem like there is a slight disconnect from Senior Leadership down to those below management. "
