"I have given a lot to this company, but honestly when I was in need in my personal life I felt like it was given back. I work hard and that work is rewarded with trust, credibility and opportunity. That’s not the company, that’s the people who make up the company. "

"This was a long time ago. I took 8 paid, a few vacation and a few unpaid for a total of 17 weeks which was unheard of then. Now we offer 20 weeks which is great. "

"Great work life balance, Global Woman's Alliance 'club' to support Women in the workforce. Many women in leadership roles, however there needs to be more in Ex. Leadership. Great new CEO with a modern vision."

"I've seen many women go on Mat leave without any issues. I don't believe any of them were affected negatively by going on Mat leave and some even got promoted shortly after returning."
