"It all depends on what department you work in and who your supervisor is. There is no policy set across the board, so it's inconsistent if you have flexibility or not. "

"Very old fashion , conservative, archaic dress code, states it is a women focused company but the maternity leave is one of the shortest I've seen and very inflexible working hours"
