"Stay away unless you like to be micromanaged by anybody who believes has a higher title than yours, or if you have to use HR don't expect any changes. If you like to be told one thing just to make you happy but it never happens. If you are ok with constant change ( daily changes with in the department ). If you like to be called out in front of everyone. they have no communication with in the leadership. This leadership has no idea how to run this department. "
