"Lots of women in leadership positions. I never saw a woman treated unfairly, but other than gender it's not very diverse. "

"They tout flexibility because you can work anywhere and on your own schedule (with the exception of client commitments). This is true, but the issue is that there is so much work you're working all the time no matter what. Working "anywhere" can also mean working on vacation, while you're at a wedding, etc."

"The company offers a lot of flexibility. There are a lot of opportunities for rewarding work. However, the compensation is not as competitive."
