"I've seen women at all levels here, with plenty of upper management role models. The days can be long and the work stressful, but there does not appear to be any inequality between men and women."

"The women who succeed at Mercer think and act like men….The women who achieve the highest levels at Mercer, with just a couple of notable exceptions, are robotic or worse….downright mean."
