"I've seen women at all levels here, with plenty of upper management role models. The days can be long and the work stressful, but there does not appear to be any inequality between men and women."

"The maternity leave is 12 weeks FMLA, paid for by STD (6/8 weeks) and 3 weeks parental. Then you can use vacation to pay the rest. The company allows part time work, which is nice."
