"Flexibility can be arranged on individual basis and we see a broad variety of situations existing without any formal policy around them. Managers have the discretion to find situations that work for their employees. There is more flexibility in the salaried day based than in the hourly ranks, but I still see situations where alternatives are approved across all areas."

"Excellent Company with the right heart and values of respect! Every company has a few bad apples that find their way into a mangerial position. Michelin stands by it's leadership model, so its key to report what you encounter to help ensure things get back on track. I'm in a Business Resource Group trying to contact more of our female employees to help networking, support, and development - and to listen so we can give feedback to senior management on what needs to change so that women feel more and more supported."

"Need to be driven to work here. I find the work rewarding and the people amazing. Manufacturing tends to be demanding in hours and in lack of flexibility. In order to reach crews at shift change, etc the hours could be difficult for young working moms."
