"It is a great company that allows you to have multiple career paths in many areas regardless of your degree/experience. If you have a degree in marketing and want to explore other areas of the company such as industry or supply chain or HR....if you perform well you will have this opportunity.
I have had 2 children while working at Michelin and I have felt very supported in having a family and with good work-life balance when they are sick or when school is cancelled, etc. I have good flexibility to respond and ensure my children are my priority."

"Since I had my children, Michelin has added a new policy on parental week and all mothers and fathers receive 2 weeks of parental paid leave....so if I had more children I would have 8 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid."

"It depends upon your role, of course, but from what I see, managers understand the need for flexibility. It's all about being responsible and accountable for your work, and if you are, then the flexibility comes more easily. "
