"I've been here a while and love my new job (which I've been in for 3 months now). Aside from the job, team, management etc - all which I'm happy with, what I most appreciate is the flexibility I have to manage my work life and outside life. Flexibility for personal time, mom time and social time. There has been a lot of change recently that I hope is for the better, I'm in a bit of wait and see mode to say for certain. Also - the benefits are amazing!"

"I see many working mothers in my team, and they have flexibility on their working hours. People are understanding if there's any issues that arise. This is true for both men and women"

"I've worked in my current position for 3 years. The people I work with are smart and friendly. However, i dont feel appreciated in this company and feel that a lot of politics come into play when it comes to giving promotions."
