"I think it is a great company for women in their early career stages. It is very challenging for women who have extensive experience prior to Microsoft and are looking to advance."

"I've worked at Microsoft for about two years and have already had two roles based on strong performance in my first job. I really enjoy the level of flexibility provided including the ability to manage my own schedule and work in the ways I'm most successful."

"I have so far very positive experiences with the company. I am now about to go on maternity and parental leave. I hope I will find a supportive environment, and that my return after the leave periods will be pleasant. I hope to work there many more years to come. My current role and team are great!
