"NetApp is a great place to learn and expand your skills, and grow your network. The company culture is great and flexibility is encouraged. However, it also depends on your manager. I do think the company needs to do a better job at hiring diversity, especially with respect to blacks and latinos. We know that latinos and blacks are applying for roles, but very little is being done to actually hire them. I have referred several qualified diverse candidates and they were not hired. "

"I love working at NetApp. I know that I am respected and heard. My Leadership cares about my work life balance, my career, and my ideas. I couldn't ask for a more supportive place to work. "
