      "This place is really great. I interned here in the Tax Dept., and everyone was treated equally, I'd say. Hours are pretty flexible, and I think the maternity leave is the same as most other companies. They work in a hybrid format currently, but from what I understand it is flexible for this too, so long as everyone in your group is in agreement. "

      "Working from home is frowned upon. You can come into the office anytime up to 10am and leave from 4pm which is fine if it's for a reason like going to the gym, but frowned upon if it's childcare. The maternity policy is Statutory only, but their sick pay (for the old white men) is the most generous I've seen. Better to go off sick for 6 months than maternity leave."

      "At the executive leadership level, it's mostly male dominated. I still look around in meetings and think "wow I'm in a room with mostly men". The male/female ratio has not impacted my ability to be promoted. You have to pave your own path, no matter your gender."

      "Maternity leave policy is 6 weeks at 90% pay. No real benefits are offered and we don't even get discounts on our own products."
