There is limited opportunity for career growth here for women. The men have developed and use their internal network to achieve promotions and raises while excuses are made for why qualified women's careers lag behind.

I would not recommend that women work here because they are not provided equal pay and it is very, very male oriented. There are not many high ranking women in this company at all. I don't see the company making an effort to grow the female leadership bench.

You must use all PTO on leave, so if you have a child early in the year it leaves you in a very inconvenient place. In addition any sort of flexibility for working moms is not an option here.

No procedures, no direction, no guidance of any consequence. It's like being dropped onto an unfamiliar planet. Too much good ol' boy network and no promotions for well-qualified women no matter how many hours put in.
