"That it's great place to be. You can work here with someone and you can become their boss or you become the boss. They believe in doing the right thing. They promote from within. It is a fantastic employer that has opportunities for anyone that chooses to work hard and wants to move up in the company. I worked for them for 17 years and enjoyed being part of this family owned company. It was built up from a small business to become what it is today.

"The amount of effort you put into a retail sales role with a commission based salary will be directly reflected in your paycheck. Care about your customers, support your team but don't get dragged into any drama or other things that may keep you from serving the customer."
