      "For the most part, it's fantastic and my coworkers and management are respectful and appreciative and support equality in the workplace. However, there are still instances that remind me we have not achieved perfect equality yet. For instance, some of my male coworkers question or outright ignore my requests for them to work on my projects until a man at their level or higher steps in and applies some amount of pressure. Additionally, I suspect there have been instances where men with the same or less experience have been hired at a higher starting salary than women hired for the same positions. I believe HR is working to remedy this issue now, but the damage has still been done. Overall, I would recommend this company to women, particularly for my specific location. I would just advise knowing your worth and not allowing anyone to lowball you, and also knowing that, as with most workspaces even in the year of our lord 2019, there are going to be people who disregard you professionally because of your gender."
