"ON is an older company and you can tell by looking at the executive leadership team which is comprised generally of older white men BUT the culture is changing. ON is aware of this and is working towards a more diverse company."

"The company is still very male dominated. We need more women here to tip the balance towards a culture change.
The existing culture encourages the men to be aggressive and demanding to succeed. This puts women at a significant disadvantage for many reasons."
