"We are able to work from home one day each week. This is a great first step! I think more can be done with working parents such as working until school lets out and then finishing the day at home that evening. "

"Although there is always room for improvement, women can make their career aspirations real at this company. There is a genuine interest to move the culture forward and there are lots of respectful allies in management. Some individuals could benefit from understanding that it is possible to keep a positive outlook about diversity efforts and keep focused on rewarding the best performers regardless of gender."
