"Be patient. There is still a bit of a clique (golden boys and "perfect" women), but things are also changing. It's just a slow as company culture change is a long game. I will say that it's very refreshing to see how much the company is embracing and advocating for millenials! "

"ON Semiconductor is a great place to work. For the past several years, Diversity and Inclusiveness has been a major focus. I really enjoy the conversations and presentations from the Women's Leadership Initiative . I feel if one really wants to, there is a path to develop and lead in this organization. "
