"It is a good employer depending on the group for flexibility. However, it is a boys club and you don't see many women in leadership roles. Women are also grossly underpaid compared to men in the same role. There is no maternity leave you have to use short-term disability and supplement it with PTO"

"Philips is a Dutch company and has a progressive mindset. I do however question the lack of women in leadership roles."
