"If you have young children or are starting a family the work life balance can be very difficult at this company. If you are ok with all the company politics and not worried about fair play based on ones ability and really just want to come in and do your job then leave it should be fine."

"They are fairly flexible in regards to the hours you work. Put in your 9 hours a day but start and stop time is fairly flexible (depending on which department you are in). However, they are not very understanding about stuff that comes up (as it often does with kids), and the expectation is that you should work more then just 9 hours a day. They would never say anything to you but they are judging and you will pay for it with your end of the year review and promotion and bonus. "

"They want to support and promote women but they do not know what that means. Most of the men have stay at home wives. There is a lot of nepotism. They mean well but don't see their biases."
