"In my three months here, I have seen great representation of women in all levels of the company. PJM has been very welcoming as a new hire and the onboarding and orientation have been great! There is a very active Women's employee resource group on site to support professional development and networking. Additionally, work-life balance is actively prioritized. I am able to work a hybrid schedule (remote/on-site) which further supports work-life balance. Finally, the office space is well-maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend employment PJM!"

"PJM invests in YOU! They will support you in your CAREER development. They have an amazing culture that promotes networking and career opportunities. They will give you the learning tools for you to be successful. PJM has an incredible longevity of employees who have been here for 20+ years. I can't say enough good things about PJM because they helped me start my profession and continue to give me with resources to help me progress. PJM continues to foster diversity and inclusion, and they have a good representation of women in leadership positions. "
