"PJM Interconnection is a great employer. Many of the employees have been with PJM for many, many years, because of the benefits, stability and compensation.
The flexibility of working from home allows for work/life balance, which can be critical for many women, but really any adult juggling multiple work/life priorities. Telecommuting schedules do vary by role and manager/employee preference."

"Coming to PJM from a company where I felt like I had to "make up" for taking my vacation time or justify my sick leave, I finally feel empowered by not only my leadership but my coworkers to create a balance in both my work and personal life that ultimately make my performance better all-round. "

"PJM is a very inclusive environment, and gives incredible opportunities to their employees regardless of gender, age, etc. There are also Employee Resource Groups that are specifically targeted for women as a safe space to interact and network across the different divisions of the company. The people, culture, and empowering environment is what really makes this company remarkable to work for. "
