"As far as banks go PNC has been the best I’ve worked for ( worked for other big and small banks) at promoting women and cares about having women in leadership roles. Just came out with fertility benefits. Hours can be long but flexible. "

"PNC does a great job at developing employees professionally. I appreciate the many opportunities to communicate with leaders at all levels, mentorship programs, Employee Business Resource Groups, and the commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. There are a lot of opportunities for upward mobility and exposure to many lines of businesses. "

"PNC overall is a good company, however, depending on your role in the company, plays a role in certain aspects that aren’t necessarily good. Can be high stress. Lots of changes daily. And very numbers driven. "

"My first manager was very by the book and impersonal. Didn’t seem to care to get to know me. Very performance and numbers driven. She wanted to be seen as the top manager so she was really hard on her team. There was some reorganization done and I was moved to a new team. Loved my new manager. She really cared about her team members, especially their mental health as the workload increased due to the pandemic. Wish I’d been paired with her first. "
