"Do not think that as a woman working for a woman you will be treated fairly. I was given the same review, verbatim, 4 years apart. The review was sanctioned by the female EVP. In fact , each review was written by the two women in the review. When questioned, I was told it was perfectly acceptable to copy a review from years ago. One of the two managers was later let go from the company due to HR violations."

"I would say that everyone's experience is likely different, but that mine thus far has been a good one. I have not experienced any type of gender discrimination in the LOB that I work in. "
