"This industry is heavily male dominated, but Polaris is working toward a more inclusive environment. They are building a foundation, so they still have a long way to go. They females in leadership are few, but the ones they have are fantastic. They are making strides to building a more inclusive workplace."

"Masculine culture with a sink or swim mindset. As a woman, it's hard to be heard from primarily a male leadership team.

"Polaris has a phenomenal culture...the employee base is passionate and dedicated. If you enjoy working around smart, motivated, and down-to-earth people, this is a great place to join. Although the employee base has been more traditionally male, we've seen significant growth in females throughout the organization and in leadership. It's a growing company with a ton of career opportunity."

"Pay for performance and your peers tend to be men with fewer family obligations and can work longer days. Makes it hard to compete with for the top spots and the biggest bonuses."
