"As a vet who spent about 9 years in a male dominated environment that is known for it's culture issues when it comes to women this place is absolutely refreshing. I have never felt like I had to "prove myself" because I'm a woman. It's always been a matter of performance and what I can bring to our community. Very supportive environment and whether you stay here for a few months or years you won't regret it."

"The company is amazing and treats everyone very fairly. They are making a huge push to get more women into the company. Home Remodeling is viewed as a "Male dominated industry" therefore, you come across your fair share of skeptical homeowners that question your expertise.
Power itself is extremely inclusive and they do a lot to bridge the gap between a male dominated industry and wanting strong women to excel there."
