
Our employee run Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, created in 2017 has spurred policy change, launched unconscious bias and micro-aggression trainings, and created employee resource groups. There are four ERGs; Queer Power, Black Empowerment Resource Group, MiGente, and InspirASIAN. The groups are active nationally and within our territory offices where they hold monthly meetings and celebrations of their diverse cultures.
