"If you have a doctor's appointment that is less than 2 hours, they allow you to make up the hours missed. We also have the opportunity to leave at 3PM on Fridays which is excellent! I do wish that we weren't held to a strict 8:30AM - 5:30PM schedule, though. If we could do an 8 hour day with flexibility on arrival/departure time it would be more ideal. Most days, the office clears out after 3PM and there is not much going on. 8AM - 4PM/ 8:30AM - 4:30PM would be great!"
