Protiviti is open to promoting women, and really doing it all it can to retain top female talent. The firm is still lacking in their maternity benefits, but they say they are working on them and I will say over the tenure I have worked here they have gotten better. They are good compared to industry companies, but are behind in comparison to consulting firms. Most manager do not see gender when thinking through employees and their status at the firm, which I think is great!

Protiviti is making attracting and retaining women a huge priority for 2017 and has already introduced a brand new benefit, Limerick, to help nursing mothers at work.
