"At Protiviti I've really been able to grow and develop my own career path, with exceptionally supportive leaders across the firm. I have developed an incredible mentorship network, and good work life balance lets me be the best I can both at work and outside of work. "It is a great place to work in terms of being respected as a woman. However, a lot of women (and men) leave once they have children as it is difficult to manage the consulting lifestyle with a structured family schedule."
