"Protiviti is open to promoting women, and really doing it all it can to retain top female talent. The firm is still lacking in their maternity benefits, but they say they are working on them and I will say over the tenure I have worked here they have gotten better. They are good compared to industry companies, but are behind in comparison to consulting firms. Most manager do not see gender when thinking through employees and their status at the firm, which I think is great!"

"Protiviti is flexible, but you have to be comfortable asking for it. People can't read ones mind, I also think the more that one progresses in their career it's easier to have flexibility also."

"Maternity leave time is not great compared to many other companies today. However, there is a lot of flexibility with working from home, short/long term disability as well as the ability to take a sabbatical."

"Many employees are given the option to work from home when necessary. I do not have children yet, but have been able to work from home on days when I have doctors appointments or other conflicts. Protiviti is very accommodating when it comes to being flexible with working hours."

"This has been an awesome job as a young woman in the technology industry! I have always felt comfortable voicing my opinion and I have many women leaders to look up to. I would highly recommend Protiviti as a great place to work at any level."
