"This is a great company to work for if you avoid some departments. 99% of PVH is great and I am lucky enough to belong to one of the many good ones. I have been with this company and my team for 6 years.
The Pros:
They have amazing benefits, a pension plan, they are extremely generous with holidays, PTO and extended holidays, they absolutely care about their employees' wellbeing. Work life balance is amazing. They provide great classes to continue learning and growing. They are always striving to make sure every part of your life is in some way enhanced by being an employee.
The Cons:
Promotion practices are not very transparent and favoritism is very apparent. In 6 years, I have only been promoted once and it wasn't the promotion I was expecting. On the other hand, a male colleague of mine
was promoted twice within 2 years of his start date. We are now at the same level. We have two very different roles so it's not that he out performs me. My performance has always been recognized as great on my performance reviews. "

"I have been at PVH for 30 years and started at an entry level position. PVH and my mentors at PVH have guided me along the years and allowed me to follow my passion. I am now a Director and love working for a company that values me and my contributions."
