"I would say that you definitely need to have a network of support for your families in order to work here and be considered for upward mobility. If she does not have a family, I would encourage her to create straight forward boundaries on her time."

"PVH has many policies in place and groups that are geared towards women and above that, are family-friendly. There are many women in leadership and management positions and I have seen this increase over the years."

"Very supportive culture and empowers you to grow in your role. Not many companies allow the flexibility (work from home, vacation time, etc.) nor do they offer a variety of benefits (compensation, health coverage, volunteer time, retirement benefits, etc.).
The company truly lives by their values and hires associates who live those values. "
