"Policies are in place to allow for flexibility however some teams are less flexible than others across the organization. Be prepared to work hard and work some the brightest minds out there. "

"- The people are real friendly.

"Most folks that work in the lab or on equipment - need to come into work. So work from home is allowed by not actively encouraged. And for the most part works well."

"My leave was a really long time ago.. Qualcomm is very flexible with allowing women to take leave.
I took the disability insurance leave + some FMLA.. Additional leave may have been ok - but I didnt need it. For a short time I also did part time work - 32 hours a week.. "
